The "One more thing" lender

Bronlen Financial Group DBA BFG run by Raquib Abduallah is one to watch out for. He got the process down to an art form. You will get your LOI, appraisal engagement and the works but only after three months of nagging. Then he sent Mr. Terrence Love of Atlanta, GA the appraiser a bounced check. That was the last draw. So I requested a loan denial letter, of course I get the letter promising some money back but never saw it.
